Flashback Friday

Feeling a little stuck, I thought I’d look at photos from today’s date. Apparently, March 21 has not been a popular day for taking pictures, but I do have a few to share:

2020: H coming in from deck-building (deck often occupied by the coyotes)
2021: IG screenshot for reference
2024: California poppies spotted on a walk in the neighborhood

Those poppies deserve a poem! Apparently March 21 has not been a popular day for taking pictures- that’s a funny line! đŸ™‚

I have never looked back like this. With the month coming to an end and me running out of ideas I might give it a try.

There’s something very satisfying about this collection of images which otherwise would probably not be brought together. Yet as a slice, they offer a kind of story – or better, our minds are naturally inclined to create a story to match what we see.

Yes, Sheri! When I looked closer at what seemed like a boring set of photos, I realized how much meaning there was behind each one.

I love this prompt! Thank you for sharing! It feels like a ‘writing captions challenge’
