I took these photos on Carmel Beach a couple of weekends ago. What is amazing is that those little caves and crevices in the rock are usually hidden by sand. Storms erode the sand and eventually it will be brought back. I have been walking this beach with my husband and every dog we’ve had for nearly 19 years and this was the first time I’ve seen the beach like this. It’s a beautiful beach at any time, with soft, white sand and I love that I still haven’t seen all it has to offer.
